3×3 Peer coaching program

The 3x3 Peer Coaching Program is designed to help you stay motivated and accountable to continue to launch and multiply Communities on Mission after completion of the Launch Class.

WHAT IS the 3x3 peer Coaching program?

If you are accepted into the 3×3 Peer Coaching program you will join a group of two other leaders who share the same goal of launching and multiplying Communities on Mission. 

Together as a group you will meet monthly for at least 12 months for a 60-minute Coaching Call to help you stay motivated, focused and accountable. 

Every month, you will be required to evaluate progress on your previous month’s action steps and write down 3 new action steps. This is known as the 3×3’s.

Each 3×3 Peer Group has a dedicated Church in Action facilitator who will meet with your group 7 out of the 12 months to make sure everyone is making progress.

  • You will establish and review three action steps each month to keep moving in the right direction.
  • You get access to our 3x3 tool which helps you clarify and be accountable for your action steps.
  • You decide the speed and progress by defining your own actions steps each month.
  • You have access to a Church in Action Coach to ask any questions that you have.
  • You will learn and benefit from peers who are also in the process of launching Communities on Mission.
  • All coaching will take place virtually through Zoom so there is no need to travel.

If you are accepted to the 3×3 Peer Coaching program you are committing to be part of it for at least 12 months.

No. When you sign up for the 3×3 Peer Coaching program you sign up for a 12 month commitment. After 12 months you can choose to continue or stop. If you choose to stop, the cancellation deadline is three days prior to the end of the 12 months. Just send an email to info@churchinaction.com and we will cancel your subscription.

You will be assigned to a monthly 3×3 Peer Coaching session based on coordinating your availability with the availability of open groups. These will occur at the same time each month.

Each 3×3 Peer Coaching Group will have a maximum of 3 people and a Church in Action Coach who will be present 7 out of the 12 months.

Definitely. The 3×3 Peer Coaching Group will help you keep going in order to launch three Community on Mission in the near future.

Yes. There is no limit to the number of people from the same church.
