As a Partner church we coach, guide, and resource you so that your church will gain a deeper kingdom vision, become more missional, and launch Communities on Mission.

benefits of becoming a partner church

You are getting a dedicated Church in Action Coach who will meet every month with you.
In addition to your monthly coaching, every six months you will work with your Coach on a strategic plan to set new goals and milestones for the upcoming six months.
You will receive accountability to implement your strategic plan and leadership tools to accomplish your action steps.
You get access to resources that will inspire, equip and train your whole church around the three outcomes mentioned above.
The whole process is designed to be tailored to your context so that you are not just introducing a new strategy but actually changing the culture of your church.
You will be part of a cohort of other partner church pastors to encourage one another and learn from each other.

STEP 1

Schedule a call with a Church in Action team member.

STEP 2

Discuss and discern together if your church qualifies to become a partner church.

STEP 3

Start the transformational process for your church.

Peter Drucker said it well: “Culture eats strategy for breakfast.“ So since a new strategy or idea will not change your church we will work together with you to shift the culture of your church through implementing a process that is tailored to your context.
